Digital hydraulic motors are basic guarantee of injection-molding machinery, ships, hoists, construction machinery, construction machinery, coal mining machinery, mining machinery, metallurgical machinery, shipbuilding machinery, petrochemicals, port machinery, heavy equipment, etc., which realize digitization, informatization and intelligence.
Digital hydraulic motor is the core common basic technology of typical Internet+, intelligent hardware and Industry 4.0.
Existing low-speed hydraulic motors with poor performance can achieve a stable speed as low as 1 rpm and an accurate angular resolution better than 1 degree after being digitized. It is an effective way for cheap hydraulic motors to upgrade and enhance product competitiveness and profitability. .

▉ Any form of radial plunger, axial plunger, gear, blade, cycloid, etc. can be digitized.

Speed range:
▉ Conventional type: 10-3000 (according to the original motor upper limit speed) revolutions per minute;
▉ Low-speed precision type: 0.1-100 revolutions per minute;

Angle resolution accuracy:
▉ Precision type: 0.1-1 degree

The angular velocity of digital hydraulic motor is positively correlated with the frequency of electric pulse, and the number of electric pulse corresponds to the angular stroke of digital motor, so that the motor can be controlled more accurately and efficiently. Digital hydraulic motor is the best choice for precision low speed and high torque control.
Digital Numerical Power Sensitive Pump
It is a power generating unit with dual regulation capabilities, that is: the integration of digital power-pump combines with power-sensitive pump.

This pump is different from traditional load-sensitive pumps. The load-sensitive pump adopts negative feedback detection and control mode to meet the energy-saving operation of working devices. However, it involves sensitive components and adjustment control switching accuracy, response speed, etc., which cannot achieve a high-efficiency and energy-saving work.
Digital numerical power sensitive pumps establish the flow output of the pump through a digital active forward method, and then precisely match the flow and pressure requirements of the digital hydraulic system (cylinder, motor) to meet the high-efficiency operation of the motion device and realizes optimal energy saving effect.
The two digital value power sensitive pumps with different powers in the above picture have been used in actual use of the 23-ton digital hydraulic excavating robot and the 50-type digital hydraulic loading robot.
